Ingredients

  1. 1 cup mung dal sokd (30-60) min
  2. 1/2 cup ubli matar
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ghee cheela sekne ke liye
  5. 2-3 green chilli
  6. Stuffing ke liye
  7. 1 cup boiled green peas
  8. 2 green chilli
  9. 1 " adrak greded
  10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2 teaspoon butter
  13. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Dal ko green chilli, salt ar green peas dalkar grinder m grinde karke smood paste bana lijiye.

    Stuffing ke liye pen m butter garam kijiye usme ginger and green chilli dal kar fry kijiye all ingredents add kijiye achhe se bhuniye. flame off kar dijiye.

    Ab 1 nonstik tawa garam kijiye uspr cheela faila dijiye ghee lagakar palatiye dono side se achhe se sek lijiye stuffing dalkar fold kijiye matar ka cheela tayyar hai.

    Garma garamcheela green chutney se serve kijiye.
