Manchurian with veg noodles

Ingredients

  1. For gravy
  2. 1/2 cup cabbage
  3. 1 grated cabbage
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 tsp black pepper
  6. 1 tsp vinegar
  7. 1 tsp soya sauce
  8. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  9. To taste tomato sauce
  10. 2-3 tsp cornflour
  11. To taste salt
  12. For balls:
  13. 2 bowl grated cabbage
  14. 1 onion
  15. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  16. To taste salt
  17. As needed cornflour
  18. as needed Oil
  19. 2 tsp green onion

Cooking Instructions

    Making balls:add cabbage, capsicum, onion, salt, black pepper and cornflour in a mixing bowl, mix well.

    Make balls with the dough.

    Heat oil in a wok add balls and deep fry till golden in colour.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in other wok add veggies and saute for 3-4 minutes.

    Add all sauces, vinegar, salt and black pepper saute a minute.

    Now add cornflour batter in it take boil add water and boiled it.

  7. 7

    Add Manchurian balls in gravy. Add green onion cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Serve hot with veg noodles.
