Ingredients

  1. 1 cup rice kacha
  2. 1 carrot grated
  3. 1 tomato fine chopped
  4. Garlic leaves,coriander leaves chopped as your taste
  5. 1/4 spoon salt
  6. 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  7. 1/4 spoon black pepper powder
  8. 4 capsicum medium size

Cooking Instructions

    Capsicum ko axi tarah dhul kar danthal se 1 inche niche cut karke seeds and danthal out karni hai.

    Ab rice ko dhul kar savi ingredients ko mix karke capsicum ke under varni hai.Fir uper se cut kigai capsicum ki tukde se dhakni hai.

    Fir thick bottom wali koi vi pot me 1 cup water dalke capsicum ko khada karke rakhiye.

    Pahle high flame me boiled hone dijiye fir medium flame me pakaiye.

    Jab capsicum ki danthal ki xend tak rice ajayegi tab pata chal jayegi pakgai hai.Tab gas off kariye.

    Ab apni hisab se serve kariye.
