Aloo matar Ghugni
Ingredients

2 bowl fresh green peas

2 chopped green chilli

1 tsp Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger

1/2 tsp black pepper Powder

1 tbsp mustard oil

Salt as required

Fresh coriander leaves

Lemon juice optional
Cooking Instructions

Heat Mustard oil in a pan. Add Cummin seeds, ginger and green chilli. Cook until ginger turn out golden.

Now add potatoes and peas, sprinkle some salt and mix it.

Cover it with lid and cook until peas and potatoes are completely done. (8-10 minutes

Add black pepper Powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix it and cook for 1 minute bon high flame.

Aloo matar ghugni is ready to serve. Serve it with tea or you can enjoy it with paratha also.
