Sab se pehle samak rice ko half cup water mein ache se boil kar le.ab isme boiled or mashed aloo,green chilli,salt,red chilli powder,black peeper,jeera ko mix kar ke ik fine dough tyar kar le.

Ab ise ik rectangular tray mein ache se set kar le or 10min ke liy freeze kar le or usk baad tawa pe ghee ya butter mak sim flame pe ache se saik le or tomato chutani ke sath serve karein..
