Spicy Front Street Heat pork tenderloin soup

This dish is created using left over pork tenderloin from the night before. Packed full of flavour and sure to be a heat.
Ingredients

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 cup onion, chopped

1 cup red pepper, chopped

1 jalapeno, diced

1 tbsp. garlic, minced

1/2 lb pork tenderloin (approx. one loin)

1 (19 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinced and drained

1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
-
2 cups chicken broth
-
1/2 tsp. cumin
-
1 tsp. chilli powder
-
2 tbsp. Front Street Heat
Cooking Instructions

In a dutch oven, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions, peppers, jalapeno and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent, approximately 3-7 minutes.

Add pork and cook for 3 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and cook for 6-10 minutes, or until pork is nice and tender.
