Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  2. 1 cup onion, chopped
  3. 1 cup red pepper, chopped
  4. 1 jalapeno, diced
  5. 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  6. 1/2 lb pork tenderloin (approx. one loin)
  7. 1 (19 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinced and drained
  8. 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  9. 2 cups chicken broth
  10. 1/2 tsp. cumin
  11. 1 tsp. chilli powder
  12. 2 tbsp. Front Street Heat

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a dutch oven, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions, peppers, jalapeno and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent, approximately 3-7 minutes.

    Add pork and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and cook for 6-10 minutes, or until pork is nice and tender.
