  2. 1 tsp coriander
  3. 1 tsp chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp olive oil
  6. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  7. 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
  8. 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  9. 1/2 cup corn
  10. 1/2 cup FRONT STREET HEAT
  11. to taste salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

For the chicken: mix first four ingredients in a small bowl. Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with 1 tsp. olive oil. Pour spices over chicken. Cover with lid and place in oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.

  3. 3

Remove chicken from oven and let cool. When chicken is cool enough to touch, shred into pieces.

  4. 4

    Increase oven temperature to 425°F

  5. 5

In a large sized bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, diced chiles, black beans, corn and FRONT STREET HEAT. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds, or until warm and pliable.

  7. 7

To assemble, spoon approximately 2 tsbp. of mixture onto bottom 2/3 of tortilla. Roll tightly and place, seam side down, on baking sheet.

  8. 8

Brush taq-HEAT-os with olive oil, place in oven and cook 12-15 minutes, or until edges of taq-HEAT-os are browned and crispy.

  9. 9

Serve with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.
