Boil the milk in a pan.

Then add 1/2 cup water init. For the soft chena

Now add lemon juice and stir well

Take a strainer cover it with a cotton cloth

Put this mixture in the strainer, wash the chena 3-4 times with the water

Add sugar,cardamom,and water in a pan and make the sugar syrup

Knead the Chena at least for 15-20 min

Now make equal balls with the chenna

While the sugar syrup boiled put the balls in sugar syrup

Cover the lid cook for 15 min

After 15 min switch off the flame
