Ingredients

  1. 1 cup boil spinach
  2. 2 boiled and mashed potato
  3. 2 green chilli chopped
  4. 1 spoon grated ginger
  5. 1 cup bread crumbs
  6. 2 spoon cournflour
  7. 1 onion finely chopped
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 spoon chat masala
  10. 1/2 red chilli powder
  11. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  12. Oil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned above accept oil and make a dough

    Give shape of kabab and coated with bread crumbs.

    Now heat a tawa put 2 spn oil and placed the kebab on it.

    Put oil another side and fry till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with onions rings, lemon slice and sause.
