  1. 1 cup maida
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 1 cup coriander leaves chutney
  4. 1 pinch ajwain
  5. For stuffing,,,,,
  6. 1 cup moong dal socked
  7. 2 green chilli chopped
  8. 1 cup coriander leaves chopped
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp dry mango powder
  12. 1 tsp saunf

Cooking Instructions

    First take a bowl Knead a daugh

    Maida,salt,green chutney and ajwain

    Keep a side

  4. 4

    Mix all ingriants of stuffing

  5. 5

    Take 2 balls of daugh

  6. 6

    Make 2 thin roties

  7. 7

    Take one roti

  8. 8

    Put stuffing on it

  9. 9

    Close it with another roti

  10. 10

    Roast it both side

  11. 11

    At last spread ghee both side

  12. 12

    Ready to eat

    Serve hot with curd,tomato sauce or green chutney
