Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup For covering whole wheat flour(maida)
  2. 2 tablespoon oil
  3. 1/3 tbsp salt
  4. Water as required
  5. For filling-
  6. 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  7. 1 onion
  8. 1 tbsp Finely choppef Garlic
  9. 1 tbsp Finely chopped ginger
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1 tbsp Garam masala
  12. 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  13. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  14. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  15. 1 tbsp Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a pan

    Add ginger and garlic and saute add green chilli

  3. 3

    Add onion fry it then and cabbage and salt

  4. 4

    Cook for 10 minuts in low flame add garam masala and sauce

  5. 5

    In last add black pepper powder Off the gas pour it into a plate let it be completely cool

  6. 6

    In a bowl take maida mix it with oil and salt and water as required make a soft dough

  7. 7

    Make small size puri with dough.

    Fill the puri with prepared veggies and with help of water make momos

  9. 9

    Cook it in steamer after 10 minuts off the gas don't cook so long otherwise it will get hard

    Enjoy with sauce or chutney
