Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup biscuits of your choice (i have taken good day cashew biscuits grind to powder)
  2. 1/2 cup oats grind to powder
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/2 cup tuti fruity
  6. 3/4 cup sugar
  7. 1 apple grated
  8. 1/2 cup curd
  9. 1/2 cup fresh white butter/cream
  10. 1 tsp vanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Grease the baking tin with 1tsp butter or oil then dust flour and keep it aside

    Lay a bed of salt in the cooker and place cooker's net plate remove the whistle and gasket of the cooker

    Heat grated apple and sugar in a sauce pan till melt the sugar completely to make a fine sauce let it cool completely and transfer it in a bowl

    Start to preheat the cooker now

    Whisk curd and butter together and keep it aside too

    Ln the separate bowl add whole wheat flour biscuits powder oats powder along with bsaking soda and baking powder

    Now in the bowl of apple sauce add vanilla essence

    Then curd mixture and mix gently

    And also put half quantity of tuti fruti in it

  10. 10

    And dust with flour to the rest of tuti fruti

  11. 11

    Now add slowly dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients

    Mix and fold everything with a spatula slowly and gently.

    Pour the batter into the greased baking tin

    Top it with dusted tuti fruti

    Place the tin in preheated cooker close the lid bake it for 45 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.

    Let it be in the cooker for 5 mins

    Then cover the tin with plate turn it

  18. 18

    And again transfer the cake in the other plate
    let it cool down.

    Cut into pieces once it’s totally cooled
