Stuffed brinjal fry
Ingredients

500 gram long and thin brinjals

1 spoon ginger and garlic paste

1 tsp cumin powder

2 tsp coriander powder

1 spoon red chilli powder

1/2 spoon turmeric powder

1/2 spoon garam masala powder

2 spoon curd

Salt as per taste

2-3 spoon oil
-
1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions

Cut the brinjal straight leyer and soaked in salted water for 10 minutes.

In a big bowl put curd and all spices, mix well.

Then take brinjals and stuff masala properly and rest for 5 minutes.

Heat a wok, put oil when oil is heated than add masala coated brinjals cover it and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.

After 4-5 minutes open the lid and turn it fry another 3-4 minutes.

When it's done than remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
