  1. 2-6 roti made at home or store bought
  2. For tikki
  3. 3 medium Aloo boiled peeled and mashed
  4. 1small onion
  5. 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    To make tikki mix the mashed potatoes with all the masala and take a tawa grease it and make the potatoes into tikki shapes and on slow flame make it crisp from the outside. Cook on both sides.

    Place one or two tikki sun the center of the roti and pin it up with a tooth pick.

    Like this. Then garnish with spring onions and sauce and serve.
