Ingredients

  1. 2 cup besan
  2. 1 spoon black pepper
  3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. to taste Salt
  5. As needed Oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a besan in the mixing bowl. Add all spicy or 2 spoon oil mix well. Make a soft dough (Normal).

    Greash sev machine, put some dough in it.

  3. 3

    In the hot oil, directly press sev maker to make a sev.

    Once the base has turned golden Crips,then gently turn over and fry the other side.

    Fry until the colour changes to golden and the besan sev crips and the oil stoped sizzling.

    With a Slotted spoon remove the fried besan sev from the oil.

  7. 7

    Place the fried sev on paper to absorb excess oil..

  8. 8

    Besan sev ready for festival or tea time snake.
