Rice Stuffed Parantha
#LeftOvers..As i was having leftover boiled rice so i made parantha from it.
Ingredients

1 bowl left over boiled rice

1 bowl wheat flour dough

to taste salt

1 tsp red chilli powder
-
1/2 tsp garam masala
-
1/2 tsp hing
-
1/2 tsp jeera
-
1 tbsp ghee
-
2 tbsp oil for brushing
Cooking Instructions

Take a kadai and heat it.

Put 1 tblspn ghee in it.

Now add hing and jeera in it.

Now put all the left over rice in it.

Add all the dry spices ingredients to it.

Now mix it very well so that the masalas are combined to the rice.

Switch off the flame.

Let it cool down.

Now make a little big balls of the dough.

Take one ball of the dough and make roti of it.

Now take 2 scoops of rice and stuff it in the roti.

Make again roti of it.

Now heat the flat pan and put the rice stuff roti on it.

Flip it and brush it with oil on both the sides of the roti.

Now when it starts getting brown and crisp from both the sides then transfer it to the plate.

Our Leftover Rice Parantha is ready to eat.

Serve it with chutney, butter, curd or pickle.
