Ingredients

  1. 1 cup suji
  2. 1/4 cup curd
  3. 2 tbsp spinach puree
  4. 2 tbsp Orange carrot puree
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  7. 1 tbsp green chutney
  8. as needed Oil

Cooking Instructions

    First soak suji with curd and water for 10 minutes.

    Now divide in three parts and mix one part with palak puree and other part mix carrot puree. One is keep white.

    Now make pancake of these three colour.

    Now take Orange pancake spread ketchup on it.

  5. 5

    Now put white pancake over it and spread green chutney over it.

  6. 6

    Now put green pancake over it

  7. 7

    Now roll it and cut it in rounds.
