As people these days are health conscious and look forward for some healthy food. The dish I am gonna present would surely help them. Minimum Spices are used to keep it simple yet healthy. Ingredients

  1. 100 gm Mushrooms
  2. 200 gm Broccoli
  3. 200 gm Zucchini.
  4. 100 gm Red Bell Pepper
  5. 100 gm Capsicum.
  6. 150 gms Tomatoes.
  7. 100 gm Onion.
  8. 2-3 Cloves Garlic.
  9. 1/2 tsp Oregano.
  10. 1/2 tsp Dry Basil Leaves.
  11. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder.
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 2 tbs Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

    The vegetables I used and chopped were Broccoli, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Red Bell Pepper, Capsicum, Onion and2-3 cloves of Garlic.

    I used Olive oil to saute all the veggies and seasoned with salt, black pepper, oregano, dry basil leaves & red chilli flakes.

    Kept it stirring for some time and covered the vegetables with lid for few minutes. Keep stirring in between till the vegetables are done... it's as simple as that.
    Serve it hot to your Dear Ones..

I am 54, A Blessed GrandPaa of a Grand Son, worked as Technical Assistant(Air conditioning) for 25 years in Punjab Agricultural University and Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana.
