A delicious recipie
Ingredients

400 gm chicken
-
1 cup whole moong daal
-
1/4 cup rajma
-
1 tsp ginger paste
-
1 tsp red chilli Powder
-
1 tbsp garlic crushed
-
2 onion chopped
-
1.5 tbsp coriander cumin powder
-
1 tsp tarka masala powder
-
1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
-
1 red chilli whole
-
To taste salt and sugar

As needed oil
Cooking Instructions

Marinate the chicken with salt,red chilli powder ginger and garlic paste

Soak and boil the daal and rajma
-

Now heat oil and temper Fenugreek seeds and red chilli
-

Add ginger garlic paste and saute

Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt and sugar

Add cumin coriander powder and saute well

Add chicken and saute well
-

Cover and keep the heat low
-

As the chicken pieces get soft add red chilli Powder and tomato saute well till it is soft and moist

Now add the daal and boil until everything get mixed

Add sugar and tarka masala powder

Serve it with paratha or chapati
