Ingredients

  1. 3 bowl wheat flour
  2. 1 bowl grated jaggery
  3. 2 bowl ghee
  4. 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  5. As needed Finely chopped dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Take kadai add ghee first then atta roast it till it changes it's colour to light brown

  2. 2

    Switch off the flame add pieces of Gur and dry fruits and mix it well till entire Gur gets mixed into it

    Take one thali grease it with ghee and spread the mixture

  4. 4

    Sprinkle dry fruits and dab with back side of katori

  5. 5

    Cut into pieces

  6. 6

    Gur papdi ready to serve and eat
