Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl Besan
  2. 1 ltr Lasii
  3. Hing
  4. to taste Salt
  5. Red chilley powder
  6. Turmeric powder
  7. Potato
  8. Oil
  9. Amchoor powder as u need

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big pan add lassi in it than add besan add salt and blend it bowlll it for 20minutes

    Take frypan add oil add jeera and hing mix it well add garlic and ginger paste add choppped onion and mix it

  3. 3

    Add potato and cover it after 8-10 min add salt,red chilley powder, turmeric powder,amchoor powder, kitchen king....

    Mix it well... than mix in big pan kadi is ready add pakora also..yummy
