Panada / Fried Bread Dough With Spicy Fish Filling
Some people say this dish is inspired by the Dutch some by the Portuguese. This food is a traditional food from Manado, North Sulawesi, usually filled with "ikan cakalang" or tuna, but I used another type of fish but they taste as good.
This is how my Mom thaught me to make. The original recipe uses way more ingredients.
I hope you gvie this recipe a try.
