Ingredients

  1. 150 gms paneer
  2. 7-8 pcs. green chilli
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tbsp butter
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin
  6. To taste salt
  7. 1 tomato
  8. 1 onion
  9. 1/4 cup mint leaves
  10. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  11. 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  12. 1 tsp ginger chilli garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and wipe mirchi, slit from middle and remove seeds and veins. with pointed knife. cover ur hand with plastic bag.and boiled 5-7mins. and drain water. Take out mirchi let it cool.

    Now put oil and butter in a pan add jeera crackle, add chopped onion salt ginger chilli garlic paste chopped tomato kitchen king masala kasuri methi saute add grated paneer chopped mint leaves.mix well. stuffing is ready.

    Now stuff in a mirchi and put 1tb. oil and saute all stuff mirchi for 2-3 mins. and serve. Tasty innovative stuff mirchi is ready to serve.
