  1. For rolls:
  2. 200 gm all purpose flour
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 2 tsp oil
  5. For stuffing:
  6. 1 cup broccoli chopped
  7. 1 cup paneer cubed
  8. 1/2 cup Capsicum chopped
  9. 1 onion chopped
  10. 1 pinch chilli flaks
  11. 1 Tsp origeno
  12. 1 Tsp tabasco sauce
  13. 1 Tsp veniger
  14. Salt as required
  15. 2 Tsp oil
  16. 1/2 turmeric powder
  17. 1 Tsp coriander chopped
  18. 1 Tsp garlic chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add flour,salt,oil,mix it well.knead it with the help of water.

    Knead it some tight.keep it a side for the rest.

    Add garlic, ginger, sautey it.

    In a heat pan add butter,let it hot.

    Add tomato,cook it 2 miniutes.add all cut veggies.add paneer.

    Add all spices,sauce,mix it.

    Add salt,cook it open.

    Now remove it from the flame.let it cool.

    Make balls from the kneaded dough.

    Roll it like thin chapatis.

    Bake it half.

    Now fill the cooked veggies in it.

    Fold it like a roll.

    We can cook it either pan or oven.

    Put it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 10 miniutes.

    Take it out from the oven.

    Serve it hot with sauce or green chuteny.
