Mutton Leg Soup Recipe

The speciality of this Goat leg soup is the real taste which is fully brought through the use of fresh coriander, garam masala with a rich aromat whole spices. The dish came out to be so delicious and very tasty. Mutton soup is best for the cold days.
Ingredients

3 tsp - Oil

1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds

1/2 tsp - Fenugreek Seeds

6 - Cardamoms
-
5 - Bay Leaves
-
1 - Star Anise
-
10 - Black Pepper Seeds

1 - Onions chopped

1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder

1/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder

to taste - Salt

2 tsp - Coriander Leaves
Cooking Instructions

Heat a pressure cooker and add oil.

Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, cardamoms, bay leaves, star anise, black pepper seeds and shallow fry.

Add onion and saute.

Add turmeric powder & Mutton Legs and saute.

Add chilli powder & gram masala powder and saute.

Add water and close pressure cooker.

After 6 pressure cooker whistles close frame.

Open pressure cooker and add coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
