Ingredients

  1. 1 Kg - Mutton legs (Goat legs)
  2. 3 tsp - Oil
  3. 1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp - Fenugreek Seeds
  5. 6 - Cardamoms
  6. 1 - Onions chopped
  7. 2 tsp - Ginger & Garlic Paste
  8. 1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
  9. 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
  10. 1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
  11. to taste - Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a pressure cooker and add oil.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, cardamoms, bay leaves, star anise, black pepper seeds and shallow fry.

    Add onion and saute.

    Add turmeric powder & Mutton Legs and saute.

  5. 5

    Add chilli powder & gram masala powder and saute.

  6. 6

    Add water and close pressure cooker.

  7. 7

    After 6 pressure cooker whistles close frame.

  8. 8

    Open pressure cooker and add coriander leaves.

  9. 9

    Serve hot.
