Ingredients

  1. 1 tsp oil
  2. to taste salt
  3. Gravy
  4. 1 cup yellow peas
  5. 1/4 cup water
  6. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  9. to taste salt
  10. 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  11. 1 medium boiled potato cut into small pieces
  12. For chutney
  13. to taste salt
  14. 1 tbs water
  15. Kokum chutney
  16. 25 gms Kokum
  17. to taste salt
  18. 1/4 cup water

Cooking Instructions

    For puri take bowl add all purpose flour water and salt knead dough for puri. Roll small puris and fry in hot oil.

    For gravy
    Soak 1 cup yellow peas for 4 hour then pressure cook for 3 whistle now temper with green chillies paste, turmeric powder, asafoetida.Add 1 boiled potato (cut into small dice) salt and garam masala. Give one boil.

    For chutney
    Green chillies 5,salt, add little water and grind to fine paste.

    Kokum chutney Soak Kokum for 1 hour add salt and water grind it to fine paste.
    In plate take puri add gravy, both chutney and garnish with spring onion and fried samosa roti.
