Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 250 gm paneer
  3. 1 cup carrot, capsicum ,coriander leaves, chilli
  4. to taste Black pepper
  5. to taste Salt
  6. Maida and water
  7. as needed bread slices

Cooking Instructions

    Take one bowl put curd in it and mix all vegetables and paneer in it mix salt and pepper

    Stuffing of curd is ready

    Take slices of bread and cut all the sides of it

  4. 4

    Now let us roll it out bread should be fresh so it gets easy to roll it out

    Apply some water over it so it gets more convenient to roll it out

  6. 6

    Roll it out a little and turn the wet side upside down

  7. 7

    2 tbsp maida and add water stir the flour dissolves in it

  8. 8

    Take the bread and put 1 tsp stuffing and put the maida solution on the corners and roll the bread

  9. 9

    Deep fry the roll and serve it
