Snow Ball Custard Pudding
#goldenapron It's a french style pudding in which white part of egg is cooked in milk.
Ingredients

as needed White part of 2 eggs

2 tsp custard powder

2 glass milk

1/2 cup sugar + 1 tsp

4-5 drops vanilla essence

1 tsp cornflour

For garnishing
-
1 tsp tutti frutti

1 tsp pomegranate seeds

1/2 apple (slices)
Cooking Instructions

In a pan add milk and sugar.wen it start boiling.turn the flame low and cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Now in a bowl put egg whites whip it with beater untill it become stiff.now add vanilla essence,cornflour and 1 tsp pwdered sugar and continue whipping untill the whites are become very foamy and stiff.

Now take custard powder in a bowl add 2-3 tsp milk.mix it and in boiling milk.cook for 1 minute in medium flame.now with the help of a spoon place the egg white stiffs in warm milk.reduce the flame.

Cover it and cooked for 5 minutes on low flame.snow Balls are ready.let it be cool.transfer in a tray along with custard.keep it in the refrigerator for abt 1/2 an hour.

Decorate with tutti frutti,pomegranate pearl and with appple slices.serve...enjoy
