Poha Kesri Halva
Ingredients

1 cup roasted and grind poha

1/2 cup fine semolina
-
1 Pinch cardamom powder
-
2 pinch kesri food colour
-
to taste Sugar
-
As needed gheee
-
As needed chopped dry fruits

As needed water
Cooking Instructions

First of all roast and grind poha

After grind it look like.

Heat ghee in a pan add semolina, roast it till light brown then add roasted poha flour and mix it.

Now add warm water and cooked untill all water absorbed.

Now add sugar,cardamom powder and kesri food colour and mix well.

Add khoya and chopped dry fruits and mix it again.
