  1. 1 kg plum
  2. 2 cups sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  4. As per taste Salt
  5. 12-15 Mint leaves crushed

Cooking Instructions

    Wash plums and boil for 5 minutes until it skin leaves.

    Now mashed the plums into hot water until it's all pieces are mashed

  3. 3

    Now after mashing you have to put again pan in a low flame and cook it for few minutes.

    After that add sugar,salt,black pepper powder,crushed mint leaves and cook for 5 minutes.

    After that off the gas and pour all the juice in jug.Let it cool and now it's ready to drink.

    Take a glass add ice cubes in it and add plum squash and garnish with mint leaves or as u like.
