Ingredients

  1. 1 kg Onions
  2. 250 g Plain flour
  3. 250 ml Milk
  4. to taste White pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice the onions into 2mm thick rings

  2. 2

    Ensure the cut is against the grain to produce rings

  3. 3

    Separate the rings and pass through milk and then seasoned flour

  4. 4

    Shake off any excess flour

  5. 5

    Deep fry at 180 degree Celsius until golden in colour

  6. 6

    Drain lightly season and serve
