Ingredients

250 GMs Paneer (cut into diced)

1 tbsp cashews paste

2 onions cut into diced

1 capsicum cut into diced

3/4 cup tomato purée

2 bay leaf

2 dry red chillies

1 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)

1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
-
1 tsp degi mirch
-
1/2 tsp garam masala
-
1/2 tsp amchur powder
-
1 tsp kitchen king masala
-
to taste Salt
-
1 tsp kasuri methi
-
1/4 tsp sugar
-
2 tsp oil
-
as needed Coriander leaves for garnishing
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a kadai,add the dry red chilli,bayleaf and sauté for few seconds

Add onions,capsicum and sauté till they turn golden brown.add ginger garlic paste,mix well

And add tomato purée,cashews paste,cook for few mins.add the turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,kitchen king masala,amchur,Garam Masala,kesuri methi and salt mix well and sauté for 5 mins

Now add cream,sugar, Paneer and cook until coated with thick gravy.
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
