Ingredients

  1. 250 GMs Paneer (cut into diced)
  2. 1 tbsp cashews paste
  3. 2 onions cut into diced
  4. 1 capsicum cut into diced
  5. 3/4 cup tomato purée
  6. 2 bay leaf
  7. 2 dry red chillies
  8. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  11. 1 tsp degi mirch
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  14. 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  15. to taste Salt
  16. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  17. 1/4 tsp sugar
  18. 2 tsp oil
  19. 1/4 cup cream/ malai
  20. as needed Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadai,add the dry red chilli,bayleaf and sauté for few seconds

    Add onions,capsicum and sauté till they turn golden brown.add ginger garlic paste,mix well

  3. 3

    And add tomato purée,cashews paste,cook for few mins.add the turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,kitchen king masala,amchur,Garam Masala,kesuri methi and salt mix well and sauté for 5 mins

    Now add cream,sugar, Paneer and cook until coated with thick gravy.
    Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
