My mashujaa day has just started. I made this chicken for myself 😂😂. It was a treat after a hard day's job. Enjoy😋
Ingredients

1/2 chicken

250 ml plain yoghurt

2 tsp tumeric powder

1 tsp chillies powder

1 tsp blackpepper
-
1 pinch salt

1 Lemon (Squeeze the juice)
Cooking Instructions

Chip the chicken into desirable pieces

Add tumeric powder, chillies powder, black pepper and salt. Then squeeze the lemon juice. Then mix together

Add plain yoghurt then mix again

Cover with cling film for marination for 30mins

Heat your pan with cooking oil. Then fry the chicken slowly

If not cooked to your satisfaction you can bake to for 10mins at 180degrees

Serve with rice
