3 tbsp dahi

1tsp bhuna pissa jeera

1/2 tsp kala namak

1 tbsp finely chopped green coriander

1 glass cold water

In a glass take dahi, add bhuna pissa jeera, kala namak. Beat nicely with a beater.

Now add cold water and mix well. Add dhaniya patta and mix and enjoy chilled Masala Chaas to beat the Summer.
