Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup ground almonds
  2. 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  3. 2 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  5. 3/4 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 cup water

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat the oven to 200 C

  2. 2

    Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl really well so there are no lumps of baking powder.

    Add the water and stir well.

    Roll spoonfuls of the mix between your palms and press flat onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake for 10 mins, allow to cool then dust with icing sugar (optional).
