Almond & Plum Jam Thumbprint Cookies (Gluten Free, Vegan)
Super simple bites of ground almonds topped with jam. Great #glutenfree treat and easy for little hands to make. #veganfriendly #kidsfoodideas

Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add 4 tbsp water and stir until the dough comes together.

Roll out spoonfuls of the mix with your hands to form balls. Gently press them onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Use your thumb to make an indent.

Fill the indents with half a teaspoon of jam.

Bake for 10 mins at 200 C
