Meal Prep: Lamb Curry
I cooked this recipe on a Sunday, let it cool and put it in the freezer for later in the week. It was supposed to last us for two meals but.... we finished it all in one sitting till we ran out of rice and pasta🤣🤣 #mycookbook
Ingredients

Spice Starter

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon cumin

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon curry powder

2 teaspoons garam masala

1/2 teaspoons ground cardomon

3 tablespoons tomato paste

to taste Salt and pepper

For Lamb
-
750 ml lamb legs cut into big 2.5 cm cubes

1 teaspoon cinnamon
-
4 cloves
-
1 onions diced
-
2 cloves garlics minced
-
5 cm ginger minced
Cooking Instructions

Combine all spices starter and set aside

Heat oil and brown the lamb and set aside

In the same pan, fry spices under For Lamb with onions until onion is translucent. Add ginger and garlic and fry till fragrant. Then, add the spice starter and stir fry for 2 min

Add lamb and 400 ml of water and simmer for 30min if your planning to eat later in the week or for 1 hr on the day meal.
