Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 150 g cooked quinoa
  2. 1 bag mixed seafood raw
  3. 2 bags mixed salad
  4. 1/2 onions
  5. 2 cloves garlics minced
  6. 1 lime or lemon juiced
  7. 1 handful parsley
  8. 1 handful nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    The night before: fry onions and bell peppers till soft, add garlics. Stir fry a min or two. Add seafood and cook for 5 min. Season with salt, pepper, lime/lemon juice and parsley. Add a pinch of chilli pepper.Cook till all the seafood are no longer raw.

    Mix salad, quinoa, seafood mixtures with its juice and nuts. Serve!
