Meal Prep: Seafood Quinoa Salad
I pre cooked the quinoa on Sunday and cooked the seafood the day before for dinner and lunch the next day #mycookbook

The night before: fry onions and bell peppers till soft, add garlics. Stir fry a min or two. Add seafood and cook for 5 min. Season with salt, pepper, lime/lemon juice and parsley. Add a pinch of chilli pepper.Cook till all the seafood are no longer raw.

Mix salad, quinoa, seafood mixtures with its juice and nuts. Serve!
