Pickled cucumber
As a condiments
Ingredients

300 gr cucumber

1 tsp salt

1/2-1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vinegar
Cooking Instructions

Slice the cucumber very thin.

In a bowl, add 1 tsp salt into the cucumber and let it sit for 10 minutes. Drain away the excess water.

Put the cucumber in strainer and let the water drain by itself for few hours. (Optional step)

Afterward, add 1/2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp white vinegar. Mix it well.

Add the sugar if you love more sweet. Add the vinegar if you love more sour. If you love spicy, add one piece chili. It tastes good
