Muesli Flapjacks
Twice we went shopping and were asked to buy Granola for my husband - twice we picked up Nutty Muesli! 🤦🏼♀️ So...either I start eating muesli or I bake it into flapjacks! The flapjacks won 😃
Ingredients

125 g butter

125 g soft dark brown sugar (or other sugar you have)

2 tbsp golden syrup

250 g muesli (I used a nutty one)

25 g mixed seeds (opt)
Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 180 C

Line a square 8 inch tin

Melt the butter, sugar and syrup together in a saucepan until lightly bubbling. Turn off the heat.

Stir in the muesli.

Tip into the lined tin.

Bake for 15 mins.

Cool in the tin.

Lift out and cut once cooled.
