Salty chicken🐔
Ingredients

Marinade Chicken

400 g Chicken breast

2 big spoon Rice wine

1 pinch Salt
-
1 small spoon Sichuan peppercorn

1 small spoon black pepercorn
-
Seasoning soup
-
1 L Water
-
100 ml Rice wine
-
1.5 big spoon Salt
-
2 small spoon Sichuan peppercorn
-
1 small spoon black peppercorn (if powder just uses half spoon)
-
1 small spoon white peppercorn (if powder just uses half spoon)
-
2 Spring Onion (only needs white parts)

6 cm Ginger (without its skin, and cut into pieces)

Whatever you want for topping

🌽🥒🥦🍄,string bean, and others

Instant noodles
-
Before servering
-
Lots of White pepper
-
1-2 small spoon Sesame oil
-
half Onion
-
a few chili
Cooking Instructions

Marinade chicken for few hours, better overnight
1. put Sichuan peppercorn, Black peppercorn, Salt, and Rice wine on the Chicken. Massage it to mix well💆put into fridge wait for few hours

Seasoning soup
put all ingredients in a pot, better a deep one. And then heat up

Cook Chicken first
1. take marinaded chicken out from fridge and put chicken into seasoning soup, cook it until soup boiling again and then turn fire smaller, slightly boiling for 5 more mins.
2. Turn fire off, put lid on then wait for 15 mins. Then check chicken has well cooked.
3. Chop chicken to a suitable size
4. Take the seasoning ingredients out of the soup, only leave water for cooking veggies

Cook veggies and noodles
1. Put seasoning soup (only use its water) back into pot, put veggies in the pot until cooked, and take veggies out
2. Chop veggies to a suitable size
3. Put noodles in the pot until cooked, and take noodles out

Before serving
1. Chop onion into a slice
2. Put all cooked ingredients, Onion, and Chili in a big bowl, add White pepper and Sesame oil in the bowl. All mix together
Should be a cold meal
