Broccoli tuna salad sandwich | post-workout meal
After workouts, I usually have only granola with milk or protein shake, but today I want to try something different. Main idea is healthy, nourishing, veggie, quick and easy-made post-workout food.
What’s your favorite pre-workout or post-workout recipe?
Ingredients

4 tbsp Canned tuna in brine

2 tbsp Kewpie Mayo

1 tsp Whole grain mustard

1/2 tsp Lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Sliced whole wheat bread
Cooking Instructions

Toast the sliced whole wheat bread in the oven.(175c/5min)

Quickly boiled broccoli and chopped into small pieces. Rinse and drain canned tuna.

Prepare all ingredients and mix well.

To serve, spread tuna mix on top of each sliced whole wheat bread.
