Simple Chicken Noddle Soup

Ingredients

  1. 3-4 mushrooms
  2. 1 thumb of fresh ginger
  3. 1 clove garlic
  4. 2 tsps of soy sauce (overflowing)
  5. 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  6. 150 g rice noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the ginger and chop the ginger, mushrooms, garlic and spring onions.

    Boil 1 liter of hot water and the chopped ingredients.

  3. 3

    Cook the chicken breasts in the broth (boiling) well and chop into small pieces. Allow to cook for at least 60 minutes.

    Add the rice noodles and cook for 4 minutes.

    Serve and garnish with fresh mint.
