Ingredients

  1. 250 g 5% mince
  2. 2 bags boil n the bag rice (or microwave whatever you choose)
  3. 1 onion diced
  4. 2 garlic nans
  5. Frozen straight cut chips
  6. Bag mini poppadoms to crumble over the top for that extra crunch!!

Cooking Instructions

    Ingredients under £5

    Put chips in air fryer according to packet

  3. 3

    Boil a pan of water add salt and a dash of oil the add the rice and simmer for 15-18 mins

  4. 4

    Fry onion then add the mince until golden brown

  5. 5

    Add sauce then simmer on the heat for 5-7 minutes until hot and bubbling

  6. 6

    Once rice is soft and fluffy drain and put to one side

  7. 7

    Put 4 eggs in a jug mix together and pop in the microwave for 3 mins then whisk up and add in with the rice with a tiny bit of butter (optional)

    Plate up & enjoy 😍
