Mustard
Well, an experiment that didn’t go too wrong. Happy to announce that I was able to use this mustard in my homemade mayonnaise and it was pure bliss 😋
Cooking Instructions

Soak mustard seeds in vinegar, shake contents and seal. Let sit in a cupboard for 24hrs to be fully/mostly absorbed

Process soaked mixture together with turmeric and a pinch of salt in a blender

Store in a container or jar in the refrigerator until needed
