Super-seed glucose-steady chia-oat meal

2 tbs chia seed

1/3 tbs psyllium husk (very small amount)

2 tbs cacao powder

2 tbs nut butter (optional)

300 ml water

Topping
-
2-3 tbs forest berries (frozen works too)

1/2 tbs pumpkin seed

1/2 tbs cacao nibs

1/2 tbs linseed (ground)

1 tbs shelled hemp seed

1-2 tbs yoghurt

Mix the chia-oat meal ingredients and bring to boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes

Place the (frozen) berries into two serving bowls, pour the oatmeal on it and top it with the seed mix and yoghurt.
