Super-seed glucose-steady chia-oat meal

Ingredients

2 people
  1. Chia-oat meal
  2. 2 tbs oat
  3. 2 tbs chia seed
  4. 1/3 tbs psyllium husk (very small amount)
  5. 2 tbs cacao powder
  6. 2 tbs nut butter (optional)
  7. 300 ml water
  8. Topping
  9. 2-3 tbs forest berries (frozen works too)
  10. 1/2 tbs pumpkin seed
  11. 1/2 tbs cacao nibs
  12. 1/2 tbs linseed (ground)
  13. 1 tbs shelled hemp seed
  14. 1-2 tbs yoghurt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the chia-oat meal ingredients and bring to boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes

    Place the (frozen) berries into two serving bowls, pour the oatmeal on it and top it with the seed mix and yoghurt.
