Ham Egg Fried Rice
Ham Egg Fried Rice is a common dish in China, especially in the Guangdong region. It has a savoury flavour and it can be extremely delectable when served hot.
Cooking Instructions

Cut up the ham into smaller pieces.

Beat the eggs until you can't see the egg white.

Turn on high heat on a frying pan until it becomes hot, pour a generous amount of cooking oil AND add the ham. Continuously mix the ham. (Note: Fry for 5 minutes)

Add the eggs and continue to stir.

Add the rice and use a spatula to make the rice less sticky. Continue to mix after.

Add some soy sauce (optional).

Serve in a bowl and enjoy! (Disclaimer: most bowls in my house have this texture)
