Ajwaini Soya Tikka
Simply Cooked Ajwaini Soya Tikka on greased tawa is a healthy and tasty snack, side dish or appetizer.
Ingredients

cubes Capsicum

cubes Onion

Boiled and drained soya chunks

1/2 cup Hung curd –

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder –

1 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder –

1/2 tsp Coriander Powder –

1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi –

Chaat Masala – as Required
-
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp (Optional)

1 tsp Ajwain seeds –

1-2 tbsp Dry Roasted besan –

Salt – as Required

2 tbsp Oil –
Cooking Instructions

In a big bowl take hung curd and all the spices listed above along with besan and salt. Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.

Now add onion and capsicum cubes with boiled drained soya chunks with 1 tsp of oil. Mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.

For marination cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After marination, insert the marinated soya chunks, capsicum and onions into wooden skewers.

Roast it on hot greased tawa or grilled pan.

Ajwaini Soya Tikka are ready to get served.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve Ajwaini Soya Tikka immediately with mint coriander dip and onion slices.
