Egg muffins
Ingredients

6 Egg

1 Brown onion chopped

Frozen mixed vegetables (cartot,peas, corn)

2 tbsp Cream

1 Tomato, diced
Cooking Instructions

Warm oven at 200C, 10 minuts

Grease a muffins tray with oil or butter

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.

Spoon the mixture into the muffins mould, around 3/4 full. Repeat untill the mixture is finished

Put the tray in the oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes or until egg is cooked.

Take the tray out and around it to cool.

Use a silicone spatula to free the egg muffins from the mould.

Serve with salad leaves or sriracha sauce.Done
