Ingredients

3 people
  1. 1 1/2 cups rice
  2. 1/2 garlic
  3. 1/2 ginger
  4. Pilau masala
  5. 200 g meat
  6. 2 onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the meat with garlic, ginger and salt for 30 minutes.

    Put cooking oil in a sufuria, add onions and stir till they brown

  3. 3

    Add pounded garlic and ginger and stir, add boiled meat and stir.

  4. 4

    Add pilau masala spice and black pepper and stir.

  5. 5

    Add meat add stir then add tomato paste stir for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add Washed rice and stir evenly.Add 3 cups cold water and cover to cook for 10 minutes.

    Serve while hot.
